Boise Elementary Spanish

SECTION 1 - PAYMENTS

PAYMENTS- Payments must be made in full for student to be placed in the class schedule. By providing your credit card or bank draft information you have agreed to the terms and conditions of Boise Elementary Spanish monthly auto-pay tuition. Tuition is withdrawn monthly. Tuition and any registration fees if applicable are non-refundable. For session based classes, tuition is due at the time of registration. Boise Elementary Spanish does not offer cash, check or credit card refunds for used or unused Spanish lessons.

SECTION 2 - UNPAID ACCOUNTS

Boise Elementary Spanish reserves the right to cancel accounts with unpaid balances if payment is not received by due date (by the first of each month).

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS

Any client wishing to end their commitment prior to the end of the school year is required to provide 30 day written notice prior to canceling enrollment. Boise Elementary Spanish considers your student enrolled in the class until we receive written notice via email or mail and will bill your account accordingly. If notice is given less than 30 days prior to cancellation, the customer is responsible for the full monthly tuition. Tuition will be pro-rated based on the 30-day written notice of cancellation.

SECTION 4 - TUITION ASSISTANCE/SCHOLARSHIP

Regretfully, BES remains without the capacity to offer a formal scholarship program during the 2016-17 school year.  Tuition assistance may be possible in exchange for BES parent volunteer hours outside of the classroom.  Contact melissa@boiseelementaryspanish.org to find out more.

SECTION 5 - PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

Clients grant Boise Elementary Spanish permission to incorporate photographs and videos of the Participants in the promotion of any Boise Elementary Spanish activities, wherein which such images may be used in print, broadcast media, or online.  BES policy is to only use first names of students.  To opt out of this photo/video release, please contact BES executive director in writing at melissa@boiseelementaryspanish.org.

SECTION 6 - PRIVACY

Boise Elementary Spanish does not sell or share your information with any third parties.
